CROWN WORLDWIDE GROUP does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information to Crown on a voluntary basis or while requesting information on Crown’s services. Dispute resolution

The individual has a right to invoke binding arbitration. Crown has selected American Arbitration Association (AAA)’s Independent Conflict Dispute Resolution ICDR/AAA Program as its independent recourse mechanism for the resolution of all non-human resources data disputes. This dispute resolution service is free of charge to the individual. Additional information on the ICDR/AAA is available at http://info.adr.org/safeharbor.

Crown Worldwide (including its subsidiaries) also agree to cooperate with the EU Data Protection Authorities (DPAs) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) for complaints involving the collection of human resource data.
